It’s tough.

You feel as if you’ve done everything right, but not getting response from the website.

Clearly, there’s something wrong.

Maybe you’re just ignoring some basic things to be done.

But the question remains… What is the reason behind not getting a response?

You’ve come to the right place. In this post, we’ll show you possibilities why your website isn’t performing and how to fix them.

Let’s get started.

Here are some reasons why you are not getting good response from your website

Does your website have good content?

If you are confident about your business you are doing, then your content in the website should reflect that. Clear and fascinated content on your website shows the visitors how passionate and confident you are about your business and its growth. One such way of showing your passion towards your field to your website visitors is by having a consistently published blog. The blog will consist of articles, recent updates of your products or service. It is important to regularly update the blog.

Do the visitors on your site know what to do?

You may have great content on your website, you may have great articles in the blog, but you still have to tell the visitors, “okay, what to do next?” You must tell your visitors to take actions by adding Call-to-Action buttons, such as "Request Quote" or "Call us to find out .. " or "Send Enquiry" or "Whatsapp Us" etc. This call to action buttons tells the visitors on how they can reach your business for their requirements.

Does your website provide a contact number?

Most of the companies will not mention the contact numbers in their website,  they will manage the things very well by sharing only their email address. But an email address can be limiting in many ways, mainly because most of the people find it easier to talk or whatsapp about their requirements than write them down for anyone. Mention your contact number on your site along with the name of the person whom one should talk to for the services they may be looking for.

Are you present on social networking platforms?

Most of the business owners think that having a website should be enough to reach out the customers. But you cannot ignore the power of social media. Putting out your services or products on the social network moves you closer to your audience and allows the audience to communicate with you directly. You can choose the platform that is suitable for your business, but make sure that you choose more than one social network.

Does your site tell how popular you are?

Let every website visitor know that you are being talked about. How do you tell this on the website...? Feel free to publish testimonials of clients who have been a part of your business and have worked with you. This does not make you sound overweening; in fact it makes you look humble, and it installs confidence in your audience that you say what you mean and mean what you say. Plain testimonials do not create authenticity. If you are adding testimonials on your site then add real pictures of the customer, take video testimonials if you can, ask the customer to rate you on your Google Business page. The best will be to ask the customer to give a letter of recognition on their business letterhead and take permission of the customer to publish it on your site. Do things that make the testimonials look authentic.

Is your website mobile friendly?

Who doesn’t have a smartphone nowadays? Everyone has a smartphone, and most of the communications take place on it. If your website is not mobile friendly, then you are losing out on a huge number of audience.

Now majority of the people use smartphones to surf the internet and Most of the people may not use a laptop or a desktop. A smartphone allows you to access the information anytime regardless of the place and that’s what your business website needs – widespread popularity.

The main objective behind establishing a website is to reach out to new potential customers for your business. If your target audience is not taking any action after visiting your website, then your website is not successful. And that’s why it is important for you to assess your website and fix it to create the action that you want from your visitors.
